Submitting music for distribution

Please submit your release 4 weeks before release date, if late 3 weeks before release date

ARTWORK

- Artwork must be a high-resolution and high-quality image. It must not be blurry, pixelated,       mismatched, misaligned, rotated or stretched in any way.

- Only include the text of the artist name and release name (or an image with no text) on your artwork.   Any other text such as website addresses, social media logos and handles etc. will not be accepted.

- The artist and release name on your artwork must match the meta-data you submit. 

- Only include parental advisory or explicit content icons if your release has explicit language.

- File format must be .jpg or .jpeg/ PNG

- Image size must be at least 3000x3000 pixels.

- Artwork file size must be no larger than 10Mb.

FILE FORMAT FOR MUSIC

Any audio files you upload must: 

- Be at least 16-bit (44100 Hz or higher) studio-quality stereo WAV.

- Lastly and most importantly! 

Please make sure your mix levels are not too hot. We ideally want levels around -15dB VU or -15dB RMS. 

In order to achieve this, make sure you bypass your master bus limiters, compressors and/or other plugins. If your master fader/meter is close to 0dBfs it's gonna be too loud.

CREDITS

Producer - 

Real name and stage name (make sure the capital letters and spaces are as the artists named themselves)

Songwriter - 

Real name and stage name (make sure the capital letters and spaces are as the artists named themselves)

State the recording label of the artist , state the name of the publishing company the producer or and the artist if relevant.

List studio personnel for the recording, eg. Recording engineer, mixing engineer, mastering engineer, assistant engineer etc. ..(state stage or real names)

- use WeTransfer or Sendspace to send the files.
